Costs & Qualifications

First and foremost, Shake’s is seeking Franchise Candidates that share an enthusiasm and commitment for the Shake’s brand, our culture, business model, and products, and a dedication to providing Shake’s customers with exceptional service.

Additionally, Shake’s Franchise Candidates should have $100,000 in liquid assets and/or $250,000 net worth.

The Shake’s Franchise Fee is $22,000 for a 10 Year Term.  The Royalty Rate is 5% of Gross Revenue, as defined by the Shake’s Franchise Disclosure Document.

A range of factors, primarily the market-size, facility-type, and real estate costs, will impact the Initial Investment requirement.  Excluding those factors, the range of the Initial Investment is generally $162,000 to $295,000* (includes the Franchise Fee).
